"I want to thank you for your excellent service. Everyone in our group, especially me, was very much impressed with you taking the time from your busy schedule to meet personally with us at Cranberry Highlands. Our stay at the Holiday Inn was very relaxing and check out was a breeze. Your assistant manager, Ms. Forsythe, was very accommodating and separated the charges out into 8 separate bills for each of us without the slightest problem. The breakfasts were great and the housekeeping staff did a great job. In our group of friends we have two dentists, an eye doctor, a pharmacist, two medical doctors, a retired Air Force colonel-pilot and a lawyer (yours truly). Trust me, these guys are not the easiest people to impress. Although we change destinations every year, you can bet that we’ll be back to Cranberry in the next few years.
